Thousands of Rands taken by RMS

RMS has debited thousands of rands from my account since October for water usage which is impossible. Upon reading the reviews below, it seems as if they regularly ***** money from clients. I topped my account up with R1000 today and 3 hours later, all the money is gone and the balance is low. A refund is due to me by RMS and an explaination detailing what they did to the account to charge me the amounts they did.
