*******!!! You will not get your extra credit & deposit back after moving out.

Worst service provider available, problems continue even after you move out as these ******* take months to refund your deposit and extra credit. I filled out the required documents in October which state that it takes 30 days to receive a refund, after numerous emails from my side and excuses from their side I have still not been refunded over 2 months later. I will be handing over the matter to my attorney when they open in January as I have given up on begging for my money.
