******* STOLE R2000 FROM ME! CURRENTLY LEFT IN THE DARK WITH MY 2YR OLD!
RUN! RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!! today is the 6th consecutive day that I have been left with no electricity after loading R2000 on my smart meter, the call center agents are beyond useless and *********** telling me that their system shows that I haven't loaded anything since 01/02/2021, which by the way I loaded R2000 aswell and it finished 6 days ago, an entire R2000 is like a R20 with these *******! It's very unfortunate that the complex I live in uses these fools otherwise I would've canceled this nonsense a long time ago

10 Mar 2021, 16:50Two days ago I received an email in regards to my complaint...till this day I am waiting for a proper response, an *********** agent by the name of Itumeleng Morodi cannot even type out a proper email not to mention his/her lack of knowledge on this matter or their company!
