Terrible Service

The service is RIDICULOUS. I closed my account on the 30th of September. I received an email confirming the refund of my deposit will be done within 30 days. More than a month later when I followed up, they extended the period and said 30 - 60 days. On the 11th of January 2024, I called in. I cannot believe the agent said they were supposed to refund me in December, but they had to go on leave for the festive season!! How is it my problem that they couldn't do what they were supposed to do before they go on leave. Furthermore, the agent said she can't commit to a date as to when I'll receive my refund. TERRIBLE! No estate or complex should make use of their service.
