Terrible and poor service

On the 16th of January ISMRT started charging me for the for the complex common area electricity. I enquired about this and my body corporate confirmed that the common area electricity is paid via the levies, and that I shouldn’t be billed separately for that. On the 5th of April I emailed Cristine Hayes about my problem, who said she will investigate and get back to me. On the 25th of April she responded and said the extra charges will be removed. Going forward I was not billed. My problem is however that all the charges that I was incorrectly billed and paid for, ISMRT cant account for. On their system the reversal of these charges is nowhere to be found. My understanding of accounting is that if you bill someone incorrectly you refund them the amount that was paid or you credit their account. None of these happened in this case. On the 10th of May I escalated the matter to Zania van der Merwe,I was completely ignored. I want to see proof that my account was credited with the reversal.i feel de*****ed by this company. You cant even explain your own system processes.

The customer service for ISMRT is terrible to say the least.

Hi ***

This is a smrt!Wallet that works the same as an e-wallet or bank account with a running balance.

The charges were completely removed and will not reflect in your wallet. This means you were no longer charged for the Common Area and your balance adjusted accordingly.

Kind regards

The ismrt!Team

Hi ***

I sent you all the transactions on your smrt!Wallet for the past 12 months via email. The charges you have queried are not on your smrt!Wallet statement.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

Kind regards,

The ismrt!Team
