Switched off my electricity but still charged
Hello Peter,<br> <br> I am not happy about this so called \prepaid metering"that is managed and controlled elsewhere and then we cannot track and monitor the usage.<br> Since winter I am charged about R51.00 a day for electricity irregardless of my efforts to save electricity"

You can also log onto your online account where you can view your single balance, and:
- Manage your low balance warning message.
- Access and view your consumption at 30 minute intervals for the previous day or for longer periods.
Access and view statements, download invoices for proof of residence, and so much more.
