STILL TAKING MONEY EVEN AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH’S CANCELLATION!!?

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! We moved out of out flat more than a month ago, and you still debit money out of my account almost every week! And how the hell can 2 people use up to R1200 water in 2 weeks? I am absolutely disgusted with this company and service. I canceled numerous times already, and my money is still being taken as if I consume electricity and water?! I called to speak to a manager about this, and I’m still waiting.
