Stay away from using RMS ismrt

The application form states the following: "In order to activate your smrt!Wallet, please pay an initial amount of R980:

->R600 is allocated to your smrt!Wallet as a deposit and is refundable when you move out. ->R80 is an once off non-refundable administration/ registration fee. ->R300 is allocated to your smrt!Wallet as the initial payment.

RMS decided to allocate R800 towards my deposit. I made them aware of this error and they refuse to do anything about it.

I have phoned them, sent emails and sent WhatsApp messages to support without any success. All they are interested in doing is to close the request without rectifying the problem. They are the worst when it comes to customer support and the fees they charge are ridiculous.
