No complex, estate or whatsoever company should get into contract with this ******* business called RMS. They have ridiculously billed us R3800 telling us perhaps there's a leakage which even if there was, it wouldn't even get to R3800. When on average we spent R200 to R300. They say they can't tell what happened then they switch off electricity. They hangup while we still on the call. They want us to spend more on a plumber which will be wasting our time. I have a new born in the house. RMS is a money making skeem, now we must pay R3800 for water and electricity.
