I don’t know where the hell you get your readings from but you seem to thumb suck the figures.

I’ve stayed in this complex for 4 years and I’m fami**** with it billing either Ismrt/MyVoltage.

I have never paid R1800 and R2600 ever. Winter or not visitors or not. You need to investigate your billing system before we vote you out.

Last month electricity and water was R1000 and gas alone R1600. This is practically not possible. I would normally pay R600-800 on a normal month and R1*** during winter, not these ridiculous amounts you’ve sent through. When you call customer service they aren’t helpful as they just tell you gas is expensive!!! Like what the hell!!! Fix my bill and most of everyone in the complex or you out!
