I called to get clarity from how u guys bill me, it does not make sense I stay alone and work 6days a week, I cook once, bath once but you guys bill me R1300 to R1500 a month, it does not make sense.

Your agent hangs up on me when I ask for clarity, as she also could not understand why I’m being billed this much!!! I need someone to look at my usage and explained to me how is it that I’m being charged R30-R50 a day.

You guys are ******** daylight!!!
