Sanitation overcharge
I live in Stanely park unit 347, I called RMS to dispute a a billing which was sent to me for sanitation. How do you charge me R435 for a 1 bedroom apartment that is 56 square meters? I have had a look at the tariffs and up to 300 square meters is only R194 . I spoke to someone before this was debited from my account and they guaranteed me that this would get sorted out. Today i receive a bank notification and this was debited from my account, i'm very tired of going back and forth trying to get this sorted out. This is *******, you people are are robbing us.

The sanitation charge correction was done and you were credited on your smrt!Wallet for the amount of R323,86
The system is set up to charge all units at the council rates and tariffs.
At the moment there is an arrangement between us and the Landlord, where the Landlord is subsidizing a portion of the Sanitation charge for the 1 bedroom units.
An additional check point has been put in place to avoid this from occuring in the future.
