Run as far as you can!

Never ever sign up with these people and if you buy or rent in a estate that uses them, make sure they switch away from them asap or go buy elsewhere.

They overcharge you for their service (R5 per day and they have a markup on the electricity they sell) and then when you try to top up with them they take days. They switch your power off when you hit 0 and they simply do not care. If you contact them they ask you to send proof of payment via email. After doing that you hear nothing back and if you phone again they simply ask for proof of payment again. If you tell them you already sent it they say they will check and allocate and then they end the call and do absolutely nothing!

I've been without electricity for a full day now and can't even reach them out of office hours so I'm spending the night with no power after I paid them way in advance (5 days ago)
