RMS(Remote Metering Solutins) are ********!!

RMS likes ******** people!! Why would you let a bill accumulate without my knowledge? I had a prepaid account for over 2 years with you.

At first the amount I supposedly owe was R28000 and then later reduced to R8000 when I queried the amount, they are just thumb sucking the amounts.I have screenshots of the above sms amounts to prove how inaccurate this is. Also why would this bill surface after I terminated services with them.

They are breach of contract because they failed to fulfill their end of the deal which was to bill me every month for my consumption. That’s how post-paid contracts work and if a client does not pay for their bill you cut as company should cut them off until they pay and not let a bill accumulate without their consent or knowledge.

Even simple postpaid cellphone contracts work that way because those are the regulations so why do you feel you are above the regulations and you can bill clients as and when you feel like it? That’s not how business works

It’s your negligence and you have to deal with it and rectify it. If this not rectified, I will lodge a complaint with icasa!
