RMS Remote Metering Solutions are ********
This company will cheat you out your tokens and money - We recently loaded R400 token and in a weeks time they said we left with R26 and we consumed R229, which doesn't make sense - their offices never even answer mails and no one is there to even help. I wish they could just change this excuse of a business from providing services, they do not know any customer service. When you do load an amount they deduct some credits also like what the **** is up with this ****** company.. they have said they will attend my query from last week and now we in this new week and my credits are running low and I need again load more money but they haven't sorted my issues

24 Jun 2020, 18:14I have logged the issue via the right channels hence you see me on Hello Peter, cause even now no one has even bothered to reply to follow up mails regarding the issues I have been experiencing from last week during the week - see when you value your clients you wouldn't go ahead and write out such a response without even doing your homework - plus this shows you didn't even read the complaint and you trying to protect your business.. stop protecting yourself, admit the wrong and then solve the damn issue - I have mails I have been sending to you as proof.. but no one has bothered like I said to comeback to me, I was told that my issue has been sent to the accounts department and I will hear from them in 2 working days, now you do the math!!! I also Loaded another R200 on top of being cheated cash cause no lights for R400 can be done in just 2 weeks... please do not play me cause you know no one came back to me
