RMS IS USELESS

USELESS! Staff are not helpful at all, charges are ridiculous and whatsapps take FOREVER to get responded

I loaded money through Nedbank yesterday and its still not reflecting, i sent the proof of payment over WhatsApp and they ensured that it will be fixed

I sat without electricity for 2hours yesterday and this morning it went off again?? How do u expect that i run a business if you dont fix your issues
