RMS is a ****! Bring back my refund

I moved out of the complex I was staying end of September. I was told I will receive my refund end of October, in Oct when I followed up I was told it will be paid out on the 15th of Oct. I still haven't received my refund, last week I called and was told my account is pending a transaction ans they will call me back. Today when I called I was told my account was closed on the 9th of Nov and will get my refund end of the month. This is total bogus, I didn't hesitate to pay when I was required that money to be refunded. Now suddenly there's stories. I want my money back!!!
