RMS is a ********** business and I’m exposing it on national television

Guys, remote metering solution are operating are ********** business that I’ve taken it to the Devi show to expose their ridiculous over charges just to make profit. I’ve been trying for over six months to get a detailed reading of their charges and each time I don’t get an answer. They even stopped responding to my messages and emails, they send you an amount after topping up and if you call immediately after they email/sms you your new balance, they will give you a different, lower balance over the phone and they said the billing dept made a mistake, I started to investigate and I learned that they are *****ing from their customers and blame it on the system error. There’s a person called Isaac who never has an answer and will refer you to Dineo, Dineo never answer the phone and when she does she say send an email, emails never get responded to, then there’s Andile Khumalo who’s “supposed” to answer WhatsApp queries, they only thing you’ll ever hear from him/her is ‘how can I help you’ and then radio silence from there.

These people need to be exposed and I’m coming for every last cent they over charged me for, with Aunti Devi to the rescue
