rms horrible charges

Moved in to De Aan zitch on the 1st have used 900rands worth eletricity meaning 100r a day..l switch off the geyser cook once a day but still lm charged sewage,water, eletricity l don't even understand whats going on.. The complex is beautiful but unfortunately the eletricity bill will have me move out l can't b working for eletricity.
