RMS Endless Issues

I am exhausted, i don't know what more to do. Before moving into the complex in September 2019, We completed an application, and paid the R1000 deposit, which then followed with other payments being made, a few months after that around November 2019 the electricity was turned off, and we were told we have not made any payments, we then went into the office with statements and were told we did not submit any application, yet like i have mentioned we paid the deposit and done an application before even moving in. that was sorted a new application had to be done and funds allocated to the account, on the 3rd March, we got an email stating no utilities had been paid and we now owe over R2600 as per Patrick in the accounts department, yet we have made payments every month. i have done reconciliations from September to date and it still wasn't making sense, i have also sent Patrick emails to explain and still await feedback as we now have no electricity as of yesterday. I called in and spoke to an agent which says we owe R1300 for service fees, yet from my previous place i know this is debited from the account daily. Now why am i getting different stories from different people. I called again now as i need electricity, it is freezing cold in JHB and because of an error with RMS and no explanation, we now have to suffer, i spent 15mins on the phone trying to get through to Patrick and i keep getting put on hold till eventually and agent came on the line and cut the call. What more must i do? No one is willing to explain to us what is going on. So i guess we are expected to just keep paying money, not knowing why or else sit at home unable to cook, or have a warm bath in this freezing cold?
