RMS at maranata villas
Ive been having a bad service with RMS ,recently on the 15 of July I loaded my coupon with R200 with came up to R245 and finally they loaded the R100 3 days after asking them to laod the amount since June month end cos it was not appearing on account at maranata villas unit 147, today 20July I got an email to say my account is my account is left with R77 how does that happen within 5 days.

20 Jul 2020, 16:02@RMS The watsup number its automatic respond most of the time help is not given .this is not 1st time I loaded amount to account and it doesn't reflect using QH reference number went to watsup didnt get help until launched a calle and its not always that I will have airtime to wait for 1 hr to be told we will allocate just like the R100 I loaded in june month end went to watsup n asked if they can allocate it nothing happened .only loaed it now in July.the complaint has been sent on email.but how long will it take before I'll be told am on negative on system that I dont control.

20 Jul 2020, 22:57Worse has been done ,as we speak am on negative from R77 that they say it was left to -R12 ,my email haven't been responded to as they said I should set complain on it.
