Ripping us off!

This morning when I checked my balance it was R125 and I knew I had to load soon. In the afternoon I get an sms stating that my balance is -R472. How did we, in the space of a few hours jump to a negative balance on a prepaid meter which is always loaded when the warning balance is given?

To make it worse, I have called Ismrt numerous times and with both agents that I spoke to, the calls got mysteriously cut. I call back and no one answers. I have a call record of about 8 times when on others I held just for too long.

Someone tell me what **************** is this...pathetic service!
