Good day

Just last week I paid R1000 for lights and water , today I get a notification that I have R 62.00 left in my account , I stay with my 4 year old ,and I am at work all day and my son is at day care ,but 300 electricity does not even last me a 2 weeks, You once sent out tan electrician but all he did was adjust the geyser to warm , I love the place but I am spending way too much money on electricity ,can you pls assist ASAP ,Now I do not have money for lights --
