Ridiculous and ********** charge over unused electricity

RMS Metering Solutions ridiculously charge us for not using electricity, even when there is load shedding. Last weekend we did not have electricity for from Friday to - todate but there are still charging us while we are using generators that are paid through Body Corp.

We tried on several occasion to complain but they are not keen to listen.
