Remote Metering Solutions/IHS property management ****ging tenants
For months people have been leaving IHS because of their shady deals with Ismrt (Electricity vendor). These guys will charge you exorbitant prices for electricity weekly. They are dictators who don't even engage with their tenants. We tried calling meetings to try and find out about what's happening, it's either they don't know or they don't pitch. IHS is just ****!

All utilities are regulated. Therefore the rate per unit that is deducted from your smrt!Wallet is in line with that.
Please log onto your smrt!Wallet dashboard and after you scrolled past the graph you will see a 'VIEW' button. Please click on the 'VIEW' button and in the drop-down menu, you will find a 'UTILITIES' option. Please click on the 'UTILITIES' option.
You can select the month you wish and it will show you the per-unit cost which you can compare with the NERSA tarrifs for your municipality.
You will also find an extensive breakdown of all the charges in the 'Consolidated' option.
