Remote metering solutions RMS ismrt

Being a new home owner I have experienced the worst service with remote metering solutions ismrt. Their metering is very *****, one you check your balance your money is there, the next morning you're on a negative balance of triple the amount you had. When you then approach them they act like they don't have records and when you further engage them regarding your account they do not return all your money back. I am now worried as to how much I'll keep on spending as the reoccurence of money not being allocated or disappearing will definitely hurt my pockets. Be careful with ismrt capture everything when you check your balance.
