Remote Metering Solutions and Balwin Properties The Reid Very Poor

I recently purchased a townhouse in a complex called The Reid (built by Balwin Properties). Remote Metering Solutions manages the electricity and water. This is easily the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They take a long time to answer their call center phone. They leave you waiting on the line for half an hour and longer. They drop the call for no reason. Their software system simply do not work and their billing is often incorrect. I really recommend that you do not buy in a complex that makes use of Remote Metering Solutions.
