Remote Careless Solutions BRING BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

About November last year, our complex canceled the services with RMS. This was due to have sat in for years taking to their highly *********** and inconsistent service. Now we got the cancellation forms that we needed to have completed and given back by 15 November 2020 at that stage. We all did. Up to today, I and many others have not received the refunds. My administrator has been following up on my case and is told that I must provide a reference number, How do I provide something I was not given. Yet my cancellation form lies within their systems. WHY CAN'T YOU REFUND MY METER DEPOSIT FUNDS WITHOUT DELAY??????????????? I then requested my administrator to escalate it to the directors. That is not far from happening.
