Refund

I moved out of 24 Villa Neser mid December of 2018 and submitted cancellation form to ismrt in January. I was informed that the recon process on the account takes a full month before a refund can be processed. It's now April and I have made endless follow ups without fail but still no response. Their call centre number is always unavailable and when it is there is little help rendered by their so called movements team.
