Random Extra billing

Their Company Ismrt has been secretly making extra deductions for using the incorrect reference number, this was never communicated to us and they just kept unanimously taking extra money without us knowing. There’s no communication whatsoever of this, and we feel cheated and exploited. This is grossly irregular of them.
