privatisation sham Ismrt remote metering
I have been residing at Ferndale 206 for almost 4 months a place owned by my father, ismrt and their exorbitant fees are proving extreme & in these current times of load shedding you would think that less is being consumed. On careful inspection of my \statements"I apparently use an average of R9.09 per day"
