Power cut off for no reason

On Friday morning (26 Feb 2016) I received numerous smses from the ismrt team to say my balance was in arrears and that I owed them R 1880 and my power would subsequently be switched off - impossible since I had just loaded money a few days before and I know my electricity consumption. <br> <br> This was followed by another sms to say they are having an issue, they are aware of it and my power would stay on. Based on that I chose not to follow up with a call.<br> <br> Imagine my shock when I arrived home on Friday night at 7pm to no electricity!!!! I called the office number, which was obviously offline, so I left a message. I called the emergency line and the lady said I have money in my account so she doesn't know why my power was switched off - she was also unaware of the issue from the morning. After a while of calls and waiting, my power was finally switched off. <br> <br> TO DATE I HAVE NO RESPONSE OR APOLOGIES FROM THE COMPANY - quite pathetic service when I am paying for a service and you make an error and inconvenience me.
