Still sitting with the same problem raised, the issue remain unresolved.

I have asked umpteen times for proof on how electricity is generated. My billing does not add up to the usage in my apartment. How are they in business for so long and still cannot account how power is billed or calculated. They only answer questions that will benefit themselves.

Its been 3 months.
