PATHETIC SERVICE

I did 2 payments on the 27/07/2021. One payment of R150.00 from FNB - allocated immediately. Another payment of R150.00 from Capitec, i was told 24-48 hours. Its past 48 hours and this still has not been allocated despite me sending 20 emails with the proof of payment. This is actually very pathetic services.....I wish Balwin can see all the trouble we go through with RMS....
