No Service whatsoever!!!

This is the worst company! There is never any answer at the call centre, the website hasn't been working for 5 months and for some reason our electricity bill is through the roof! I have been phoning the call centre to request a statement of the electricity usage but there is NO ANSWER! For days! How can you run a company and there's not a single person who answers the phones? PATHETIC! And I can't use the website because it's NOT working!! Really? Is this the service you provide your clients with? I will never recommend this company to anyone!
