NO service to be proud of

Good morning all. I have been trying to get a refund on my deposit for electricity as I am not making use of their service anymore. I app**** the first time in June and several times after that. I threatened them last month August with Hello Peter and still did not get any response. Yesterday the 4th of September I called them only to hear that I can only expect it 19 September. There was no COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR SIDE IF i DID NOT ENQUIRE. This is unacceptable and I would like my deposit to be paid out immediately. It is certainly not a company I will recommend for prepaid electricity
