its day light ******* never again!!!!!!

I am a tenant at silverleave me and my wife and a small kid i dont understand how can rms charge us in a week R250 excl wekends .we have signed a petition because most of the people are complaining about how expensive the electricity cost .i will be moving to a place with my own prepaid meter where i know how much i spend and can monitor my units .with this rms system you just get an sms that you have used units but funny enough everything is off damn you!!!
