Ismrt/RMS worst service.. A business model close to looting

Can someone please close this iSmrt/RMS company and liberate us from this torture... Honestly if your billing system or allocating of funds is not workibg sort that out and stop switching off electricity. Every morning you'd swear there's someone who enjoys pressing the off button then you call and its sorted like *** guys.

I have onky been living here for 2 weeks and I am already hating it because of this system.
