I have tried liasing with the office to the point they told me they're looking into it. 3 months later nothing has changed instead its worse, they charge us with all appliances off and no electricity. Their rate goes up each day and this is now day light *******. Ismrt we're tired of the excuses and stinking attitude from your staff. Please stay away from anything rms ismrt related for your peace of mind.
