Ismrt Remote Metering has no idea what it is doing

There has always been money in my account for their debit order. They never had an issue with getting paid for their electricity credits from me. Yet every time I try to log in via their phone system, my credit amount has changed and I can't purchase credits. I got in touch with them months ago and to date they have not felt the need to contact me. Yet the problem persists.<br> <br> This is not the first time this Mickey Mouse company doesn't know what it is doing. If you are developing property, I seriously recommend that you stay away from these clowns. Do not get them to do your prepaid electricity. It's a joke.<br> <br> By the way Remote Monitoring Systems is the parent company. Do not deal with them, go with their competitors. It is easier to pay my utilities bill at the Post Office than do deal with this ****.
