Ismrt? More like Idumb!
<p>Worst metering company in the world! It does not matter how many emails you send through to them, you will not receive one response. Their charges are ridiculous and have no working system. Their low balance emails and sms' are always duplicated. They decide to bill you twice for water in one month. I cannot begin to explain the amount of trouble we are having with this company, I am appalled at the kind of business they are running!! I will fight this battle till the very end. They are robbing us in broad daylight!! Absolutely disgusting service provider</p>
