Ismrt is the worst
As soon as there’s system glitch customers bear the brunt!!! This is the worst! I am expected to pay amounts that are all made up. You even pay on days u are not home for the weekend or when there’s loadshedding! Many people have complained and nothing gets done! The company needs to close down. I’m just tired! Stop milking your customers!

Certain fixed charges apply daily, regardless of whether you are at home or using electricity. The development also has generator and solar backup, which may continue supplying electricity during load-shedding.
We understand that the different charges may not always be clear. Our team will contact you directly to review your account and explain the fixed charges, metered consumption and any charges associated with the backup supply.
