ISMRT IS A ****
This is suuuch a *******!! They overcharge and they're not consistent in their billing. R400 will go by quickly in 2 weeks yet you're the only person in the apartment who hardly uses the utilities. It's all a ****! They need to be audited because there's no way utilities cost that much
