Incompetence to solve queries and pay back money that is not theirs.
I would like to express my disappointment in this company and their incompetence to solve queries and pay back money that is not theirs.
We have Sent back a refund form for an amount paid incorrectly into their old banking Account, on the 12/04/2018 till today 22/05/2018 amount have still not be refunded this is over R600.
