I want my deposit refund back!!!

I was supposed to get my deposit after 30 days, it's been over 40 days now since I canceled my account with them but they are still withholding my deposit! I have sent a dozen of emails requestion my deposit refund with no help! Their WhatsApp channel is so slow and useless! This business doesn't even deserve to operate!
