I found it: The most useless company in the world

I canceled with them in July this year and not a cent of my refund back. I have emailed Elvina, Patrick and the cancelation department countless times. I have also phoned multiple times and they keep saying the same thing (in an aggressive tone) that I should mail them. It's a tiring circle! I have a feeling after looking at all Google Reviews and Hello Peter posts based on your company that this type of service is very common and that there is underlying agenda.
