These guys are well organised **********. My estate cancelled their contract in December 2019 and I have been fighting to get my refund (R878.35) for more than 13 months. I have emailed, I have called them and even WhatsApp with no luck. Rather go with a more expensive providers these guys will cheat you. It has been more than 13 months now and I still have not received a cent of my refund. Estates must used reputable, credible organisations and shy away from using ***** organisations with no accountability such as RMS/ISMRT.
