This is the 2nd complaint that I am logging, as it seems I will only get response once I log a complaint. I gave notice in June and moved out in Jul, and am still waiting on my deposit.
Nobody getting back to me and I am being sent from pillar to post.
What is happening????

17 Sept 2020, 09:09I have sent countless emails to the addresses provided above and also phoned in a couple of times. Your default response is that someone will phone me back, but this never happens. If ALL the channels you recommend above were followed, countless times, what is the next step. To keep bumping my head. Only a fool will expect a different result by doing the same thing over and over
