EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
<p>Ismrt remote metering has the worst service i have ever experienced! They are rude and have no customer satisfaction s****s!!! I would never let anyone use this company ever! I simply cannot understand why Tokara complex would spend money a lot of money on this company without doing their homework on how the service would be!... My experience with them is totally unacceptable as we try to reconnect our electricity, bad telephone etiquette that is, however when they decide to actually answer the phone, after a struggle of more than 50 min Today 2017-07-03 @ 16:30 we called their call centre number and there is simply no answer and we have tried all possible numbers, yet nothing. We are without electricity and the time is now 17:17 still trying to get through to them!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS VERY VERY BAD SERVICE !!! </p>
