Even during load shedding they charge you full usage as using a generator for 10 hours average a day should reduce your meter. Not with RMS they just keep taking our money no matter what. Your power usage should be less during load shedding????? Law on their own !! Plus landlord takes a cut from them so who pays ?? We do
